BASICS: What are your names and any nicknames?

Paul and Lynn Glaser

YOU: Tell us about you and your family.

Growing up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, we attended Evanston Township High School (and went to senior prom together).  Re-acquainting ten years later, we married and had a daughter (currently living in Northbrook, IL with her three kids) and a son (living in St. Paul with his two little ones).  After 40 years as an educator (Lynn) and public defender (Paul) working in Elgin, IL, we retired to Asheville North Carolina.  But after nine years, the pull of the grand-kids called us back to the Midwest, where we are re-acclimating to the lovely climate while building a house in Chanhassen.

BELONG: What does belonging to a synagogue mean to you?

Supporting the local Jewish community.

HERE: Why did you choose Bet Shalom?

 It's our local community and we look forward to taking meaningful roles on behalf of Bet Shalom!
