Ruach Ensemble

Ruach means “spirit” in Hebrew and suggests the quality of musical engagement that occurs at Shabbat Ruach services. Our volunteer Ruach Ensemble presents contemporary settings of Jewish prayers that lift our spirits.

Adult Choir

In addition to beautifying and deepening the experience of our congregants at services on the second Friday of the month between fall and spring, Bet Shalom’s choir is a fun community that warmly welcomes new singers of all ages. Our volunteer choir performs a wide array of Jewish music from the classics to contemporary compositions and arrangements, and is accompanied by Rita Lusky.
