Michael and Amy Walstien.

YOU: Tell us about you and your family.

Michael and Amy have two children and live in Plymouth. Michael is a financial advisor with Ameriprise and a Firefighter/EMT for the City of Plymouth. Amy is an attorney and lobbyist working at Poul Haas, P.A., and she also serves on the JCRC board. We have two children, ages 17 and 11.

BELONG: What does belonging to a synagogue mean to you?

For us, belonging to a Synagogue means being part of a special community and staying connected to our heritage. It gives our family a place to show up, contribute, and keep traditions that tie us to our past.
