-Efeste Feral Evergreen Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2021, Ancient Lakes: Wine Enthusiast: Aromas of melon, herbs and papaya are followed by tart fruit flavors. Light and juicy, it brings a sense of grace, with the acidity that this vineyard brings.

Grenache, 1% Viognier. Created through a unique collaboration between Washington State’s Chateau Ste. Michelle andthe Rhone’s Michel Gassier – the Pundit expresses the finesse and balance typical of France’sRhone Valley with all the attitude of Washington’s great Columbia Valley.
Cabernet Sauvignon from different AVAs and wineries to compare:
-Efeste Lil’ Mama 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain: Wine Enthusiast: The aromas are fruit-forward, with notes of raspberry compote, dried herb, whole green pepper and spice, showing some reduction. Full-feeling red- and blue-fruit flavors follow.
-Chateau St. Michelle Canoe Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 Horse Heaven Hills: Wine Enthusiast: The aromas provide immediate appeal, with notes of blackberry, coffee, graphite, baking spices and dried herbs. Chocolate and cherry flavors follow, showing a lot of polish. It mixes equal parts fruit and barrel.
-Gorman Old Scratch 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain: Wine Enthusiast: The aromas draw you into the glass, with notes of soil, the blackest of cherries and flower. The palate is densely packed with ultra-ripe fruit and firm, slightly dry tannins. It's a big burly beast of a wine, drinking quite young at present.
