Mission Statement: To educate Bet Shalom congregants about social justice issues related to Jewish values, and to promote congregation-wide engagement in the work of tikkun olam, the healing of our world. Key areas being addressed include: homelessness, domestic/gun violence, social/racial disparities, climate change/environmental abuse, and hunger/food insecurity.
